Monica’s area of expertise lies in working with people with back, shoulder, neck and/or SI joint pain and injuries. She can often pinpoint the problem and prescribe exercises that allow clients to benefit so much that they can discontinue private work with her after only one or two sessions.
Her main clientele are active women (including moms) and men 35+. She helps them to build a balance of strength and flexibility supported through targeted core work. She also creates cardio and weight training workouts for people interested in losing weight. In addition to yoga and strength training, she offers more intense body therapy - incorporating reiki, trigger-point massage, meditation and breath work.Monica is an English speaking certified Yoga Alliance teacher trainer & educator, reiki practitioner and personal trainer - enthusiastically serving expat communities in Europe, Asia and N. America for over 12 years. She is incredibly excited about this opportunity to share her caring expertise and warm sense of humour to best meet your individual needs!
